Fairly clean accommodation, competent staff. Magnificent setting, not far from restaurants, eateries. For shots visit Ruby Tuesday, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel. Large bathroom in the brand-new and huge room.

We stayed at Wingfield Inn & Suites and found the ironing facilities to be convenient. the air conditioning was a bit inconsistent, sometimes too cold and other times not cool enough. We also appreciated having tea and coffee facilities in the room, but the free Wi-Fi was spotty at times. The garden furniture was a nice touch, but the sink in the bathroom was a bit outdated and could use some updating. The free toiletries provided were a nice addition, but we would have liked to have a washing machine and dryer available for guest use. There was an AM/FM alarm clock in the room, which was helpful, and the flat-screen TV was a good size. the carpeted floor in the room seemed a bit worn, and we would have preferred a cleaner parquet floor. We didn't have a chance to utilize the dry cleaning or housekeeping services during our stay, but the availability of shops/commercial services was convenient. Unfortunately, the laundry facilities were lacking, and we had to look elsewhere for assistance. the lack of assistance with tours/tickets was disappointing, and we would have appreciated more guidance in that area.

I took a queen room with microwave and the computer, as example.

good value for money. right off the highway. good breakfast with homemade waffles and pancake. scrambled eggs and breakfast mince. coffee was ok
it smelled of the typical cleaning agents. machine noises wsren to be heard.

Three rooms booked for a family getaway, and we found cleanliness and comfort throughout. The fall decorations were a lovely touch, and the indoor pool was a hit with the kids. Breakfast had potential but fell flat—a messy dining area and empty food stations left much to be desired, especially with a baseball team making it noisy. One room seriously smelled of mildew, and the old carpet made it feel dated. Staff was friendly, but check-in was stressful; they initially didn't have our reservation. Despite the flaws, the experience had its highlights, and I’d consider returning.

A wide array of meals for breakfast, including toast, cereal, hot waffles, biscuits and eggs. Central location and close to a motorway.

Clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The staff were friendly and exceptionally helpful. The breakfast bar was a delight, especially the biscuits and gravy. The pool area and atrium provided a lovely atmosphere for relaxation. Our room was spacious with a fantastic jetted tub. there are areas needing attention. The pool was colder than expected, and the hotel appears dated. Some amenities, like the TVs, had issues. cleanliness was inconsistent; a sticky floor and lingering odors were concerning. Parking fees felt excessive, and the layout seemed odd. Despite these drawbacks, the positives merit a return visit. Upgrades would elevate this hotel to its true potential.

breakfast american typical. it was good. room also good, big bed, good bathroom with jacuzzi (although we did not use it) was clean and staff at the reception very friendly. in the surrounding area there is a large selection of restaurants.
coffee in the room was terrible. no kettle and no tea. shower's running.
-
Cory
Great indoor pool and picnic area. Noisy rooms, especially by the ice machine.
-
Ethel
The atrium, lunch.
Wi-Fi connection that wasn't working well, noise in the passageway late at night and full garbage can at the side exit door.
-
Albert
Omg, the jacuzzi in the king suite was a total game-changer! the breakfast was a bummer though. The staff were chill, helped me find rad food spots, but the alarm clock was obnoxious. Would ❤️ the jacuzzi again, no doubt!

The king room featured a comfortable bed but had several maintenance issues, including a mattress that had a dip in the center. The bathroom was spacious, with a nice shower. the cleanliness was concerning—there were remnants from previous guests, which I ended up cleaning myself. The TV was outdated, lacking streaming options, while other rooms had modern setups. The temperature control worked well, keeping the room comfortably cool. Noise levels were generally manageable, though sounds from the corridor could be heard at times. the comfort was mixed due to cleanliness and maintenance aspects.
